General responsibilities:
The Finance Officer reports to the Area administrator and she/he is responsible of donor and Cesvi reports and budgets preparation.
- Internal audit: verification of invoices of all mission projects and according to internal and external rules, preparation of feedback to the internal stakeholder;
- Budget follow up: update the BFUs according to the monthly accounting;
- Reporting: preparation of draft donor report according to the deadline, based on the accounting data;
- External audit: preparation of answer to the request of External audit, participation to meetings during audit exercise;
- New budgets: to draft new budgets according to the new projects proposed by Program department;
- Other task related to finance and logistics, according to the needs.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum graduate in Accountancy/Finance;
- At least two years of relevant professional experience, preferably with international organisations;
- Advanced skills of MS Office applications, especially excellent knowledge of Excel;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international environment;
- Fluent in English **
